Managed IT Plans for Small Businesses in Appleton, WI
Ongoing IT help that fixes problems before they stop work — helpdesk, patching, backups, and onboarding — for one predictable monthly price.
When your team has to wait for IT problems to get bad enough to call someone, you lose hours every week. A managed plan flips that: instead of reacting to outages, I keep things patched, backed up, and documented so small issues get fixed before they become big ones.
For small businesses and offices of up to about 30 users across the Fox Valley, this is the closest thing to having your own IT person — without the salary. Your team gets a helpdesk they can actually reach, I handle patching and updates, I monitor backups and run test restores so you know they work, and I take care of onboarding and offboarding when people join or leave. You get a monthly health report so you can see what's being done.
Pricing is public and simple. The Starter plan covers up to 5 users for $350/month; the Standard plan covers up to 15 users for $850/month. It's month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel — no long contract, no early-termination fee. Work outside the plan scope is billed separately at the rates on the Services page, with a quote first for project work.

No. Managed plans are month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice — no early-termination fee, no lock-in. I want you to stay because the service works.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Remote helpdesk for your team, patch management and updates, backup monitoring with test restores, user onboarding and offboarding, and a monthly health report. Work outside the plan scope is billed separately at the rates on the Services page.
What if we have an emergency outside business hours?
Plans cover helpdesk during business hours with after-hours by arrangement. IRLit doesn't offer 24×7 emergency response — if you need that level of coverage, I'll tell you upfront and point you to a provider who does.
