Computer Repair & On-Demand IT Support in Appleton, WI
When something breaks, you just need it fixed — fast, honestly, and at a price you knew up front.
Computers that won't start, printers that won't print, email that won't sync, laptops that crawl, pop-ups that won't stop — these are the everyday problems that grind your day to a halt. I fix them for homes and small businesses across Appleton, Neenah, Menasha, Oshkosh, and Green Bay, with clear pricing and no jargon.
A lot of these issues can be solved remotely the same day you call: I send a secure link, you watch your screen, and I clean up the virus, fix the email account, or tune up the slow machine. For hardware and anything that needs hands on the equipment, I come on-site. Either way, you see the cost before work starts — $85/hr remote or $110/hr on-site, with a 1-hour minimum and 15-minute increments after that.
I also handle the things people put up with for too long: the laptop that takes ten minutes to boot, the printer that only works from one computer, the email account that keeps asking for a password. None of that is "just how it is" — it's fixable, usually faster than you'd expect.

Remote or on-site — how do I know which I need?
Slow computers, email issues, software setup, and virus cleanup are usually fixed remotely. Hardware installs, printer repairs, and anything needing hands on the machine are on-site. I'll recommend the right option once I know the problem.
What if it only takes 15 minutes?
There's a 1-hour minimum on hourly work. After the first hour, time is billed in 15-minute increments, so a quick follow-up doesn't turn into a full-hour charge.
What if you can't fix it?
If I can't fix the problem or give you a clear path forward, you don't pay for that work. I'd rather be honest about what's possible than charge you for a dead end.
